These are for high sun applications. When the sun is not heavy this lense set will challenge your vision a little. I expected them to look like the picture, green and black frames. However they are black. It does say black ,which I didn't read. Just assumed they were what the picture looked like.Incredible visibility in full sun or slightly cloudy conditions and provide all around coverage without looking too dorky. They may not have the everlasting style a pair of Aviators does but they are much better looking than most fishing glasses.
